Veggie Lovin' Fajitas

Ingredients
2 teaspoons
of
vegetable oil
1 cup
of quartered, sliced
onion
1 cup of
red,
green
or
yellow bell pepper
strips
15 ounces can of
black,
pinto
or
kidney
beans- drained
1/2 cup
of fresh or frozen whole kernel
corn
1 package
of
taco seasoning mix
cup
of
water
6
large
flour
or
corn tortillas
Preparation
1
Preheat
your
grill
to a medium temperature.

Grill
vegetables in a
skillet
or pan with vegetable oil for around 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir
in beans, corn, taco
seasoning
mix
and water for an additional five minutes.

Remove from
heat
and place tortillas on a
turned
off
grill
for around 1 minute on each side.

Watch carefully so tortillas don't burn.

Add your ingredients to your tortilla, add
salsa,
guacamole or
sour
cream.

Fold
in half and enjoy.
