Dill Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon onion finely minced optional
1 pch salt

Preparation

This is quick, easy and removes most of the sour taste from yogurt.

I like it over simple broiled, baked or even microwaved chicken breast. Will keep about a week in the fridge but is best when used immediately.

Stir together and serve.
