edit Ingredients

teaspoons Butter

1

tablespoon Lemon juice

⅓

cup Non-fat dry milk

tablespoon Artificial sweetener to = 1 sugar for tart icing, more if desired

Step 1

Melt butter. Add juice, dry milk powder and sweetner. Mix thoroughly and spread.
