Ingredients

eggs
1/2 cup
sugar
2 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
3 1/2 cups
milk
Preparation
1
Beat
eggs and sugar real well. Add flour,
salt
, and milk. For thinner pancakes, add more milk not to exceed 4 cups. Use round griddle, grease with pastry brush. Put 3 large
spoons
of batter on griddle.
Brown
on each side. Grease every time.
