pounds ground turkey meat |

teaspoons salt |

teaspoon pepper |

teaspoon prepared mustard |

cup ketchup |

tablespoons honey or 4 pkg. of Equal |

tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |

tablespoon lemon juice |

teaspoon hot chili powder |

cup water |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Chop celery, carrots, onions and bell pepper into small pieces. Add turkey, rice, salt, pepper, egg and mustard. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. |
Step 2 |
Combine all ingredients in pan and boil for 1 minute, turn fire down to simmer and cook until liquid is reduced by one third. Serve sauce over meat loaf. |
