lrg fillets of mackerel |

grams (thick) slice of butter |

small handful of chopped dill |

Step 1 |
Put the two fillets of fish in a shallow dish large enough so that they fit comfortably. |
Step 2 |
Dot with butter and pour over the vinegar. |
Step 3 |
Season with finely chopped dill some salt and a few grinds of pepper. |
Step 4 |
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/Gas 6 for 12-15 minutes until the fish has turned opaque and juicy. |
