teaspoon Whole coriander seed |

teaspoon Cinnamon, ground |

Ripe pineapple |

cups 80 proof vodka |

cup Water |

Combine with coriander, cinnamon, vodka and water in mixing jar. |
Step 3 |
Cover. Let infuse for two weeks. |
Step 4 |
Strain liqueur through fine sieve. Save pineapple chunks for future use. Add sugar and shake vigorously until dissolved. |
Step 5 |
Let clear, decant, and bottle. |
