Jury Duty Waffles

Ingredients

6 Eggs
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 dsh Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender just until smooth. do not over blend.

Bake in a hot waffles iron. Easy and delicious.
