Brain Teaser
Ingredients
2 ounces Vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1⁄2 cup sliced strawberries
1 tsp. honey
3 ounces Lychee juice
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice
pinch of minced ginger (to taste)
Preparation

Muddle a few strawberries, ginger, honey and lemon in a shaker. Then add ice with the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and remaining sliced strawberries.

**MOCKTAIL VERSION**

Leave out alcohol and up Lychee and Pineapple juice by 1 ounce each. You can also add a splash of sparkling water to the top for some bubbles.
