Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients

2 cups milk, low-fat or skim
1 pkg. vanilla sugar free

Preparation

Cook rice. Make up vanilla pudding mix according to directions (2 cups milk and mix). Add rice to pudding. Add raisins and nutmeg if desired. You can eat it as it is or bake it for a few minutes at 350 degrees.
