Boil edamame for about 7 minutes or until soft |

In a blender of food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth |
This is a quick, delicious and healthy dish. Red miso may also be used in place of white. Excellent served with fish and rice. For added flavor and color, sprinkle furikake on top.
