Recipe: Whole - Wheat Bread edit

edit Ingredients

cup whole wheat |
2 |
cups plain white flour |
1 |
teaspoon salt |
2 ¼ |
ounces fast-rising dry yeast |
½ |
cup sugar |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Mix well. Stir together 1 cup very warm milk. Add more milk as can to 2 cups milk. 1 stick butter |
Step 2 |
Add flour and other dry ingredients. Knead. Place in oil pan. Leave in warm place for 1 hour. Grease two loaf pans. Bake bread uncovered until well brown, 25 to 30 minutes. |
