jar of sun dried tomatoes |
Salt to taste |

Pepper to taste |
Step 1 |
Add 1 cup instant couscous to 1 ΒΌ cups boiling water, cover and sit for 3 minutes, or follow package directions for couscous. |
Step 2 |
Use a fork or spoon and stir couscous until light and fluffy. |
Step 3 |
Open jar of sun dried tomatoes, drain half and then add to hot couscous. |
Step 4 |

Step 5 |
Use stock in place of boiling water for added flavor. Add fresh herbs, caramelized onions or chicken for added flavor. Great to make while camping or in college.
