[edit] Ingredients

box of instant couscous

1

jar of sun dried tomatoes

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Step 1

Add 1 cup instant couscous to 1 ΒΌ cups boiling water, cover and sit for 3 minutes, or follow package directions for couscous.

Step 2

Use a fork or spoon and stir couscous until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Open jar of sun dried tomatoes, drain half and then add to hot couscous.

Step 4

Stir.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.

[edit] About Sun Dried Tomato Couscous

Use stock in place of boiling water for added flavor. Add fresh herbs, caramelized onions or chicken for added flavor. Great to make while camping or in college.
