(1 lb.) can red kidney beans

1

c. thinly sliced celery

½

c. chopped sweet pickle

¼

c. finely chopped onion

1

c. (¼ lb.) diced sharp process cheddar cheese

½

tsp. salt

½

tsp. chili powder

½

tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½

c. mayonnaise OR

½

c. salad dressing

1

c. coarsely crushed corn chips

Green pepper rings

Step 1

Drain beans; combine with celery, pickle, onion, and cheese.

Step 2

Blend seasonings into mayonnaise; add to bean mixture and toss lightly. Spoon into 1-quart shallow baking dish; sprinkle with corn chips.

Step 3

Bake in 450 degree oven about 10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper rings. Serves 4.
