(1 lb.) can red kidney beans |

c. thinly sliced celery |

c. chopped sweet pickle |

c. finely chopped onion |

c. (¼ lb.) diced sharp process cheddar cheese |

tsp. salt |

tsp. chili powder |
½ |
tsp. Worcestershire sauce |

c. mayonnaise OR |

c. coarsely crushed corn chips |

Step 1 |
Drain beans; combine with celery, pickle, onion, and cheese. |
Step 2 |
Blend seasonings into mayonnaise; add to bean mixture and toss lightly. Spoon into 1-quart shallow baking dish; sprinkle with corn chips. |
Step 3 |
Bake in 450 degree oven about 10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper rings. Serves 4. |
