inch can Dole crushed pineapple j uice (8 oz) |

pkt Flaked coconut (7 oz) |

cup Dole chopped almonds toaste d |
½ |
cup Margarine melted |
1 |
Grated peel from dole lemon |
¼ |
teaspoon Almond extract |

teaspoon Baking powder |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Drain pineapple well. Reserve juice for beverage. |
Step 2 |
Combine drained pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, almonds, margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon peel and almond extract in large bowl; mix well. |
Step 3 |
Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl. Beat into pineapple mixtureuntil blended. |
Step 4 |
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, 1" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. |
Step 5 |
Bake in 350'F. oven 13-15 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Store in refrigerator. |
Step 6 |
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies. |
