lb. cream cheese (regular or lite) |

[edit] Preparation
Step 1 |
Mix and put in 9 inch pie plate. OR may use ready made graham cracker crust. |
Step 2 |
Beat filling until smooth (soften cream cheese) and pour into pie shell. |
Step 3 |
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. May top with any fresh fruit or use Lucky Leaf can cherries. Refrigerate. |
Step 4 |
Serves 8 or more depending on size as this is very rich but delicious. |
