Caper Sauce For Fish

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Pepper to taste

Preparation

Melt butter. Add lemon juice, capers, parsley and seasonings. Heat until sizzling. Pour over steamed or baked fish.
