Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup feta cheese

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the feta cheese and the olive oil

Add the olive oil pouring it in a thin stream while mixing vigorously with a whisk to emulsify it

Add the feta cheese, breaking up any extraordinarily large clumps

Store in refrigerator until use
