What makes a good brownie? Do you like a brownie that's more cake-like or do you prefer the chewier fudgy kind? There are so many different types of brownies ...

cup melted butter |

cup evaporated milk |

cup chopped pecans |

cup chocolate chips |
Step 1 |
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk. Mix cake mix with 1/3 cup milk and melted butter. |
Step 2 |
Press half of mix into buttered 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Spread melted caramels on top. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts. Spread the rest of cake mixture on top. |
Step 4 |
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
