Ingredients
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 medium Green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 cups Sliced mushrooms
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds Medium-firm tofu
2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation

Heat oil in a medium sized skillet & saute vegetables and garlic till limp.

In a large bowl, crumble or mash tofu. Add sauteed vegetables, yeast and salt.
