Ingredients

2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
3 cups whole milk

Preparation

Scald milk in saucepan. Add the coconut, stir, and remove from heat. Let stand until cool. Strain the mixture, pressing as much liquid from the coconut as possible. To keep; refrigerate or freeze.
