When Sunday comes along all I want to do is just relax, put my feet up, and drink some ice cold martini while Huz is busy firing up the grill ...

ounces Vodka |

ounce Limoncello |

teaspoon Simple syrup |

Lemon twist |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, limoncello and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into oversized martini glasses. Garnish each with a lemon twist. |
Step 2 |
NOTE: Simple syrup is made by combining 2 parts granulated sugar with 1 part water. Simmer, stirring, over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Chill before using. |
Step 3 |
Makes 2 servings. |
