African Turnip Greens
Rinse greens. Simmer in pot. When there's enough liquid to melt the peanut butter stir it in until it's all blended. Add garlic and your choice of heat (cayenne, chopped pepper, Tabasco, etc). Simmer for an hour or two until the greens are cooked to rags, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if needed to keep them from drying out and/or sticking.
