skinless boneless chicken breasts

½

cup flour

edit Preparation

Step 1

1 Can (14 1/2 oz.) fresh cut diced tomatoes with garlic and onion1 pkg. ranch dressing mix - (1 oz.) dry1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth 1 med. onionchopped

Step 2

Instructions:Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 3

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Coat chicken breasts on both sides with flour. Place in skillet and brown over med. heat.

Step 4

Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place browned chicken breasts in baking dish.

Step 5

In small bowl, combine tomatoes with reanch dressing, chicken broth, and onion. Pour this mixture over chicken breasts and bake uncoverd at 350* for 35-40 min.
