Breakfast On The Go

Ingredients

1 pinch of sea salt to taste
1 large pinch of cilantro to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
(All Items must be organic)

Preparation

Toast one slice of Whole wheat bread hard. Fry one egg hard or over easy in olive oil. Place a slice of cheese over the egg; when egg is done and cheese is melted, place over bread. Lightly cook white onion and cilantro in olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt. Cut a slice of tomato, uncooked, and place it over the egg. Remove the onions and cilantro from the pan. Place them over the tomato.
