quart Vinegar |

cup Non-iodized salt |

Step 1 |
Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars. These should be room temperature. |
Step 2 |
Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 4 weeks, depending on size of cucumbers. |
