honey

(regular or whole
wheat

cornmeal
1/2 cup
oatmeal

eggs
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
4 ripe
bananas
, mashed
Preparation
1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and
mix
well.
Spoon
in cupcake papers and fill 3/4 full.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
