Muffins Chocolate Mint

Ingredients

250 grams white flour 00
250 grams sugar end
200 grams ricotta
100 grams butter
120 milliliters mint syrup
80 grams of dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Mix sugar with butter until creamy smooth.

Add eggs, flour, ricotta and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly.

United mint syrup, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

Place the mixture into cups and bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes, checking the area with the toothpick test.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Keep in fridge, great eaten cold.
