Hearty Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
1 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 eggs lightly beaten with a little ½ and ½
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Prepare the hash browns according to directions and put in the bottom of a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the bacon and the soup. Scramble the eggs in the butter until almost set**I add a little cheese here to make them a little more fluffy** Spoon the eggs over the soup and bacon and sprinkle with the remaining bacon and cheese. Bake uncovered, for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
.
