LEMON WEDGES: 2 LBS LEMONS WILL BE CUT INTO 6 OR 8 WEDGES TO THE LEMON AND PREPARED IN SMALL QUANTITIES AS NEEDED. PLACE LEMON WEDGES IN BOWLS OR OTHER SUITABLE CONTAINERSLEMON WEDGES WILL BE PROVIDED TO DINERS WHENEVER FISH ICE TEA IS SERVED. REPLENISH AS NEEDED IN 1 LB. INCREMENTS.
