Cauliflower Microwave
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons Water**
1 teaspoon Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 cup Shredded cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
Horseradish to taste
Preparation

Core cauliflower in triangle shape, underneath. Wash cauliflower (**water that clings to cauliflower is adequate to cook) and put in bowl. Cook on High for 7 minutes.

Prepare sauce; drizzle on cooked cauliflower. Return to microwave and cook 1 additional minute until cheese melts and bubbles.
