Ingredients
cup cooking
oil
3
eggs
2 cups
sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
3 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
soda
cup chopped
pecans
3 cups chopped peeled
raw
apples
1 ********topping***********
1 cup packed
brown sugar
cup
milk
1 stk
butter
or
margarine
Preparation

Mix
oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla with sifted flour,
salt
and soda.

Fold
in pecans and apples. Pour into a greased tube pan and
bake
for 1 hour at 350F.

Topping:
Mix
together
brown
sugar, milk, and butter.
Boil
for three minutes. Pour butter sauce over hot cake. Let stand 2 hours in pan.
