Instant Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

2 cups Chocolate chips (12 oz)
1 1/2 cups Mini marshmallows

Preparation

Put half of the dry milk and half the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender, whirl till just finely ground. Dump out, repeat with the rest.

Store in airtight container, after adding marshmallows. Use 1/3 cup mix per mug boiling water.

Somebody suggested the following options: dash salt to taste add a vanilla bean to the storage jar cinnamon cardamom nutmeg.
