Wash pig feet in warm water. Use a large pot to place pig feet, water, celery and onion. Cook 2 1/2 hours over medium heat, adding water as needed. Remove from water and place in baking pan with salt, pepper and vinegar poured over pig feet. Bake in hot 350 degree oven without a cover until tender. Turn pig feet 3 to 4 times during baking process. Serve hot.
