4 Breasts, chicken, halves, broiler/fryer, halves, boned, skinned
1/4 cup Juice, lime
2 tablespoons Sherry
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1 medium Tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup Olives, black, sliced
3 tablespoons Marinade reserved from above
1 tablespoon Chili, Jalapeno, seeded, chopped
1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon Mint, chopped
1 tablespoon Almonds, slivered
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Avocado, sliced
