Hummus (An Arabian Spread)

Ingredients

1 cup Boiled Chickpea (Kabli Channa)
2 tablespoons Tahini
3 cloves Garlic Crushed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Balck pepper to taste
Salt ot taste

Preparation

Crush boiled chickpea in a food processor or on a Sil Batta (Flat stone grinder) to a smooth texture then add all ingredients and blend.

Delicious Hummus is ready.

Garnish with Mint leaves or Parsley/Coriander leaves and serve.
