Recipe: Mushroom Topped Pork Chops edit

tablespoon Margarine |

topping |

cup Finely choppped mushrooms |
1 |
tablespoon Margarine |
½ |
cup Onion, finely chopped |

teaspoon Salt |
1 |

3 |
tablespoons Cheddar, grated |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Brown chops. Place in ovenproof dish. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Cool. |
Step 2 |
Mix together everything but cheese. Place on top of pork chops. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese last ten minutes. |
