cup frozen peas, thawed |

can (5 ounces) buttermilk refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters |

Step 1 |
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange cooking bag in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. |
Step 2 |
Place chicken in a single layer in the bag. |
Step 3 |
2. In a medium bowl, combine Sauce Blend with flour; gradually add water and stir until smooth. Stir in peas and pour over chicken. Place biscuit pieces in the bag over the chicken. |
Step 4 |
3. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut across top of bag and remove chicken and dumplings. |
