Ingredients

Whole corned beef round - boiled
6 potatoes, boiled and mashed up
2 onions
Dried parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil beef covered with water until tender with fork. Boil potatoes in same water. Mash potatoes and let cool in large bowl. Mince up onion. Mince up beef. Mix all the ingredients together. Fry up as wanted.
