Touchdown Brownies

Ingredients

3 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3 ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 pagkage brownie mix (21 to 23 oz) batter prepared
according to package directions

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate and butterscotch chips, and the coconut; mix well and set aside.

Place the brownie batter in a large bowl. Stir in half of the chip mixture and pour into the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining chip mixture over the top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into bars.

This recipe yields 15 to 18 servings.
