lrg heads of garlic |

tablespoons tablespoons olive oil (30 millilitres) |

small round of Brie |

Seedless raspberry jam |

Step 1 |
Cut off head of garlic. Drizzle olive oil on top. Wrap Brie in foil and place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) or on BBQ at medium heat for 45 minutes. The garlic should be soft. |
Step 2 |
Five minutes before the garlic is done, wrap Brie in foil and place over low heat to soften. |
Step 3 |
Place garlic, Brie, jam and crackers on platter |
