Sweet Potato Cake With Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

3/4 cup sugar

Dash of nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup oil

1 cup mashed sweet potatoes

3 ounces cream cheese

1 pound powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a well greased tube pan. Bake only 35 minutes if using layer pans.

Combine ingredients and add just enough milk to make icing of spreading consistency.
