About

Having grown up in an Italian household there was only 1 type of sauce. Grandma's recipe which Dad made every month or two. He took what seemed like a whole Sunday every couple of months to put together the sauce. There was a process that involved sausage bought at the sausage store, meatballs hand rolled, lots of time, effort and love. I now know there are many types of sauce. This is just one that takes 5 minutes to make and comes out spicy and full of flavor.
