teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |

lg. clove garlic, minced |

(13 ΒΌ oz.) bottle of reduced calorie catsup |

(6 oz.) skinless chicken breasts, halved |

Step 1 |
Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cover. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Coat a grill rack with cooking spray; place over medium hot coals. Place chicken, bone side up on rack; cook 10 minutes. Turn chicken and coat with sauce. Cook 40 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting every 5 minutes. About 200 calories per chicken breast half. |
