Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus With Melon Balls

Ingredients

12 asparagus spears
1 cantaloupe
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 long thin slices of prosciutto
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Cip asparagus in olive oil

Cut prosciutto in half length wise

Wrap prosciutto around asparagus in a spiral from top to bottom

Bake on baking sheet in oven on 400° for 5 minutes

Sprinkle parmesan and bake for another 2 minutes

Using a melon baller carve out balls of cantaloupe to serve with asparagus

Garnish with rosemary or lightly drizzle with rosemary balsamic.
