deer tenderloins (no fat) about 1/4 inch. Place in zip-lock bag with
marinate
.

Marinate:
Marinate
at least overnight. Two, three days won't hurt.

Place on smoker (offset
heat)
at 170 degrees for 3 to 4 hours (can be done on a grill).
Turn
and move several times to and from your
heat
source.

Brush with the
marinate
during cooking.

When done they will be like a soft jerky. Quite tastee.
