Lemongrass Sweet Chili Dippin Sauce

Ingredients

8 large chilies, chopped
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
4 stalks Lemongrass, chopped

Preparation

Remove the seeds from the chilies, then chop.

Place in a saucepan with remaining ingredients.

Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly (about 25 minutes).
