cups peeled and grated zucchini

cup seasoned bread crumbs

teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

egg

tablespoon mayonnaise, reduced calorie

Step 1

Mix. Form into patties and fry in butter or oil until golden brown. Serve with rye bread.
