Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

30 grams butter
1 tablespoon liquid glucose
cup cream

Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and glucose in a pan, stir constantly over heat without boiling until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in milk and cream.

Serve warm or cold with ice-cream or sponge desserts.
