Steam Cake

Ingredients

1 cup pancake flour (no 5 eggs, separated
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
3 caps vanilla
2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff. Add remaining ingredients to the egg yolks and mix well. The batter will be very thick. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes over boiling water. An electric fry pan with a rack in the bottom of it will work. Makes one 9-inch cake pan size.
